MSK Ascend (the “Platform”) is operated by The De Angelis Group. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

When you apply for access, we collect your name, email, current title, current company, optional LinkedIn URL, and a short note on what you’re hoping the Platform helps you figure out. If you continue with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from LinkedIn.

Inside the Platform, you choose what to add: career-ladder position, compensation history, target role, gaps you’re working on, and documents you upload to your Career Vault (CVs, performance reviews, recommendation letters, employment agreements, behavioral assessments, certifications, and so on).

How we use it

Your information powers the Platform’s features for you and only you. We use it to render your dashboard, recommend transitions, and store your documents. If you purchase the Ascend Trajectory Diagnostic, the information you provide is used to deliver that assessment.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your profile with your current employer. We do not surface your information to other Platform users. We do not make recruiting placements without your explicit prior consent.

Security

All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security policies that limit each row to its owner. Documents are stored in a private storage bucket that requires authentication and an owning user match for every read.
